This song is taken from movie Arth. Here poet is trying to represent the dilemma of a bleeding heart. Its crying inside but there is someting else on the face. Somebody once said in this world nothing is being taken at its face value. It has to be polished and it has to be what its not.

आंखों में नमी, हसीं लाबो पर
क्या हाल है क्या दिखा रहे हो

बन जायेंगे जहर पीते पीते
यह अश्क जो पीते जा रहे हो

जिन जख्मों को वक़्त भर चला है
तुम क्यों उन्हें छेड़े जा रहे हो

रेखाओं का खेल है मुकद्दर
रेखाओं से मात खा रहे हों
